A side-entry stainless steel cable tie gun for installing wider metal zip ties, up to about 3/4 in (19 mm), with one-handed tensioning and a built-in cutter.

Side-entry loading lets you position the tie tail without feeding its full length through a closed tool body. Once the tie is positioned, tension it with the handle and operate the thumb cutting lever with one hand, so you decide exactly when to cut.

How to Use

• Wrap the compatible tie and thread it through its lock
• Position the tail in the side-entry tool
• Tension with the handle
• Operate the cutting lever as instructed and inspect the trimmed end

Avoid over-tightening the bundle. The release tool assists removal of compatible locking ties; match the lock design and follow the release instructions. Whether a removed tie can be reused depends on its design and condition.

Cable routing, equipment maintenance, suitable hose bundling and exhaust-wrap fastening where compatible stainless steel ties are specified. Choose the tie material and coating for the environment. A cable tie tool does not establish the load rating or approval of the finished assembly.
