Adjustable lower back support for work, driving, exercise and everyday activity. This lumbar decompression back brace is a lumbosacral corset belt with a dual-pulley compression system, a breathable mesh belt and a removable rigid back panel, covering the lumbar spine from L1 to L5.

The dual-pulley system multiplies your pulling force by three, so you can set the level of compression and support you want with little effort. The rigid back panel can sit higher or lower on the spine, or be removed for the lighter support of the belt alone. It fits average to plus-size adult men and women in sizes S to 3XL.

Key Features

  • Support across the lumbar spine from the L1 to L5 vertebrae
  • Dual-pulley system to adjust compression, amplifying your pulling force by three
  • Rigid plastic back panel, adjustable in height and removable
  • Lightweight, breathable mesh belt with a low-profile, discreet fit
  • Easy wraparound application with a front fastener closure, no twisting
  • Sizes S to 3XL, for body circumferences of 30-60 inches

How to Put It On

  1. Stand up straight and position the brace behind you so the back panel is centered on the spine, just above the tailbone.
  2. Wrap the left side around your body, then wrap the right side around and attach the fastener in front.
  3. Pull the pulley handles out and away from your body until you reach the compression level you want.
  4. Fasten the handles to the fabric band on the front of the brace.

How to Adjust

  • Pull the dual-pulley straps for more or less compression and support.
  • Move the back panel higher or lower on the spine.
  • Remove the back panel, attached with elastic straps and tabs, for milder support from the belt only.

When to Wear It

Wear it during the day for work, exercise, driving and other physical activities, including before or after a procedure as advised by your doctor. Follow your doctor's instructions on use. For many people it is not recommended to wear a back brace constantly, so core and back muscles can keep their strength.
