How to Use

• Rinse the fruit, flip the lid and drop it in whole
• Halve anything wider than the chute, such as a large melon or beet, and remove stones from peaches, mangoes and cherries
• For celery, kale and ginger, cut stalks to finger length, feed steadily, and follow a handful of leaves with an apple or carrot
• Juice runs from the front spout; pulp is pushed out of the side, so you can keep feeding between batches
• Juice made ahead can be sealed and refrigerated; freshly made juice tastes freshest

What to Expect

Cleaning

Everything that touches food lifts off the motor base: the clear bowl, stainless screen, auger, chute with hinged lid and both cups. Rinse them under a running tap straight after pouring, while the pulp is still wet. Hold the screen up to the light and rinse until you can see through the holes. Wipe the red motor body with a cloth. Hand-wash the bowl parts.
