Moving Around

Both legs are inside one tube. You can stand, turn and shuffle a few steps, but you cannot take a normal stride, and you should not use stairs in it. Step out first if you want to walk around the house. Inside, you can bend your knees, draw them up, curl onto either side and stretch back out.

Size Guide

Size matters more than usual: too short and it will not reach your chest with your knees bent; too long and the pressure goes slack. Measurements are the supplier's figures for the unstretched garment laid flat, end to end.

• Choose by your height against the flat length, not by your usual clothing size
• Most adults want one of the two longer sizes (170 cm or 185 cm); the shorter sizes suit people well under five feet
• It runs small; if you are between sizes, broad rather than tall, or unsure, size up

How to Use

• Use it on its own when it is warm, or under your normal covers when it is cold
• If you run warm, skip the duvet and put your feet out of the bottom
• It is a layer you add, not a replacement for bedding

When It May Not Suit You

If being enclosed makes you tense rather than settle, this is the whole premise of the product and will not change with time. If you get up several times a night, the step-out routine may get tiresome. This is an adult garment: do not put an infant or young child in it or anything like it.
